Last Wednesday night some of us girls had a baby shower for our dear friend Courtney who is expecting her first child, a BOY! Because she will be heading back to the States to have her baby before moving on from here she didn’t really need a ton of gifts so we just decided to make her shower a fun party.

The theme for the party was, “Black, White and Baby Blue”. We asked everyone to dress in black and/or white and we tried to decorate and coordinate the food that way as well.
2 of my friends were in charge of decorations and when you don’t have much to work with you have to get creative. So with some black and white fabric, and little decorations made out of newspaper and black and white trash bags they transformed their house into a fun black and white party atmosphere.
I was in charge of organizing the food and my was it yummy! Lots of other friends helped to bring food and then Kat set up a coffee bar. If anyone left hungry it was their own fault!
