Bersepeda - - Bicycling

IMG_1784A couple weeks ago one of my friends and I were talking about hanging out.  We were trying to decide what to do when she suggested bicycling.

DSCN3910We met at 6 in the morning and headed out on our bicycling adventure through town and country.

DSCN3916Back at my house . . . we all made it back alive!

DSCN3918The Jamu lady came by so the girls bought some Jamu . . . I didn’t join them in their Jamu consumption.  Jamu is basically a herbal drink that is made by adding different spices and herbs to water.  Usually there are about 11 different kinds and every morning after the Jamu ladies make their Jamu they walk around with a  basket on their back selling their Jamu.  Some people drink it every day in order to stay healthy.  However, I’m not a huge fan of the taste, so I passed up the “energy drink Jamu” and went for just water instead.
