Every morning in class I have to tell my classmates what I did the day before. This is called a pengalaman which means it's a story about my experiences.
This is a great opportunity to practice words I'm learning and use connecting words in order to tell a story. It also allows me to share the experiences that I am having with my friends and neighbors.
After I'm done my teacher gives me a few corrections on my grammar and pronunciation.
