Celebrating Independence Day with my neighbors . . . I’m the tall one incase my white skin didn’t give me away.


Meeting up with a dear friend for a couple of day which was a refreshment and delight to all our hearts.  We also enjoyed some delicious foods that can be found in larger towns that are harder to come by in some other areas.  Here we are excited about our lunch of real corn chips, Pace Salsa, black pepper deli ham, pepper jack cheese and crackers.


Celebrating the end of the fasting month with some dear friends.  Pak W is one of our favorite drivers from the local car rental place, so whenever we are traveling to another city and need to rent a car we always ask for Pak W as our driver.  He has also been very helpful in helping find and sell motorbikes for many of us, along with helping pay the yearly tax on our bikes.  He and his wife are so generous and it has been such a joy to get to know them and their son and to call them friends.
