Rainy season is in full swing here which means traveling around takes a little preparation and forethought. You don't leave the house without rain protection of some sort, because you never know when it's going to rain.
Some days I have resigned myself to the fact that I'm just going to be wet and cold, but sometimes I don't want to arrive somewhere all wet and then sit around freezing, so on those days I layer on the rain gear.
Rain Pants = Dry Jeans =DPoncho = Dry Backpack
Rain Jacket = Dry arms
A couple of my friends have started calling me the giant blueberry, but hey I would rather be a giant blueberry than a drowned rat 'cause the rats around here aren't too cute.P.S. - I did just buy a sweet poncho that has sleeves on it . . . I'm really excited to try it out!
