One of my recent fun excursions was going to visit a dairy farm.
It was fun to be around cows again even though they didn't look anything like the cows back in the states. One of my friends and I were commenting on how bony the cows were, but with a diet of grass and a cassava and tapioca mixture I could kind of understand why.
All the milking is done by hand, no fancy machines, but when you are as fast as this guy you don't really need a machine.
Check out the milk that is going in the bucket!! I'm a professional now!!
I may have grown up around cows, but when your cows are being raised for beef you don't often milk them and if you have to the cow really doesn't like it or you.
All that to say that I had to move all the way to Asia Pacific to milk my first cow. =)
