KS with friends from MO

My first Friday back in the States was spent with my roommate from when I was in school in MO along with her husband and their son.

Kadeon was born while I was overseas, so I was excited to meet him in person. I had “met” him once over Skype, but that is just not the same as getting to hold the little one in your arms.


Keri and I would sometimes get mistaken for sisters because of our big smiles and crazy personalities. Also we are born on exactly the same day . . . I’m about 7 hours older than she is, so I guess you could say that we are bound together for life. =)


I am blessed to have friends like Robert and Keri who would drive up from where they were staying in OK just to spend time with me. We had a great day catching up and just sharing life together, they are two very dear friends to me.
